Off the back of its link up with Salomon on the XT-6 "Dark Truffle," END. Clothing is looking to continue its collaborative streak. This time around, the Northern retailer has linked up with Sweden-born Axel Arigato to produce a contemporary selection of both apparel and footwear.
Spanning a total of six pieces, this collection looks to celebrate the latest city END. Clothing has called home - Milano. In reference to the Duomo di Milano’s 3600 statues and gargoyles, this collection inherits a similar nuanced gothic theme combined with Axel Arigato's knack for modern streetwear.
Included in the mix, we see a duo of sneaker styles. First, we have the Area sneaker, a model inspired by elevated basketball silhouettes. Its counterpart arrives in the form of the Marathon, a sneaker that fits in well with the current retro runner revival. Both sneakers don a stone-inspired palette in reference to the cathedral.
In addition to the footwear, the duo has also produced a varsity jacket, a popover hoodie and two T-Shirts. Each piece firmly embraces the "Gargoyle" theme, with depictions of the creature featured on everything but the text hoodie. For those looking to get their hands on this collaboration, you can enter the raffle for the sneakers on END. Launches, with the apparel launching online on the 1st of September.
