Nike and Patta look like they could be running it back, all the way back to 2010 in fact, with the rumoured re-release of the coveted Lucky Green Air Max 1 collab.
The shoe originally dropped 17 years ago as part of Patta’s 5th Anniversary Pack, joining the Chlorophyll, Purple Denim, Denim Corduroy and Cherrywood in a capsule that would become gold dust all but instantly.
£145.00
The techy aesthetic of the black canvas and nylon ballistic mesh upper proved an unsurprising hit with collectors, and getting hold of a pair without splashing eye-watering amounts has been nigh-on impossible.
Now, though, it seems as though the Lucky Green may follow in the footsteps of another shoe from Patta’s Air Max birthday collection, the Chlorophyll, which got its own re-release in 2024.
Word on the grapevine is that the silhouette could make a comeback in March 2027, and that the potential reissue is unlikely to stray too far from the OG design. That means more heavy-duty goodness across the upper, subtle Lucky Green pops across the eyelets and air unit, and Patta branding stamped on the heel.
While we still don't have an official word from either side of the collaboration, we will indeed be getting very carried away with this one. Get those notifications on and be the first to know.
