Only a handful of sneakers in history can say that they've achieved the same amount of success as the Ultra Boost. First debuted back in 2015, it was marketed as the "world's greatest running shoe", but very quickly made its way through the street and fashion world. Now after six years, hundreds of collaborations, and thousands of colourways, we're getting the adidas Ultra Boost 6.0, and it combines everything that it's learnt along the way to create a shoe like no other.
Spotted here in an "Non-Dyed" colourway, it's clear to see that the sixth generation UB has sustainability and eco-friendliness in mind. Taking design cues from the critically acclaimed Solar Boost, this sneaker is crafted from PRIMEBLUE which combines Parley ocean plastic with classic Primeknit for a sock-like fit.
Reprocessed plastic and old fishing nets make up the midfoot cage and heel cup, while a dash of "Crew Blue" can be found throughout the shoe for a pop of contrast that is sure to turn heads.
Shifting your focus down below, you'll find that the adidas Boost midsole has gone back to basics. Unlike the recently-debuted UB21, the UB6 features less of the pebbled cushioning material but reuses the same award-winning Continental outsole as its predecessors. This offers up durable traction with every step.
Set to debut on April 22nd, the adidas Ultra Boost 6.0 "Non-Dyed" is perfect for any spring and summer rotation, so make sure you keep it locked at The Sole Supplier for your best chance to cop! Let us know if you'll be adding these to your collection later this month, and in related news, the adidas Forum 84 Low ADV "Chalk White" and "Core Black" are available here!
