When the Nike Air VaporMax was first unveiled back in 2017, hell froze over. Taking Kathy Gomez, Nike’s VP of Underfoot Cushioning Innovation, fifteen tries just to get the iconic midsole just right, the shoe is now considered by many to be Nike’s current flagship, and now, we’re taking a look at the third generation of the iconic sneaker. Crafted from stretchy Flyknit, the Nike Air VaporMax 3.0 ‘Triple Black’ is painted in an ultra stealthy all-black hue. The silhouette’s new pattern takes on a simpler approach, with stripes shooting diagonally down from heel to toe, while taped accents make up the lateral and medial Swoosh logos in addition to the heel counter, offering a more streamlined look. Down below, a full length Air VaporMax midsole is present, coloured in a complementary hue with a glossy finish. Set to arrive sometime in March, be sure to keep it locked at The Sole Supplier for more news on the Nike Air VaporMax 3.0 ‘Triple Black’ as it develops!
