Rumours of a READYMADE x Nike Blazer Mid have been making rounds for quite some time, but now, we're taking our first ever look at the hotly anticipated sneaker. Made in collaboration with the Yuta Hosokawa-helmed label, he has taken the classic '70s sneaker and completely reworked from the ground up - resulting in a truly breathtaking shoe that's unlike anything else out there.
Images and videos courtesy of sneaker insiders @solebyjc and @sneakerjamz, the boasts an intentionally unfinished look that's sure to turn heads. Marble camo patterning arrives along the tongue and heel, while a warped "Total Orange" Nike Swoosh shoots across the lateral and medial side panels, extending all the way up towards the top eyelets.
Down below, you'll find a bumpy midsole that may or may not be made from React tech, and the back of the heel is printed with three smaller Swooshes as well as the Japanese brand's logo, finalising the reimagined Blazer Mid design.
Expected to launch within the coming months, we're really hoping that these won't be exclusive to Japan. Let us know what you think of the READYMADE x Nike Blazer Mid, and while you're here, you might as well take your best look yet at the sacai x Nike Blazer Low!
