This is it, chief. After months of leaks, we're now getting our first ever look at the hotly anticipated sacai x Nike Pegasus VaporFly, and it's unlike anything that we've seen before. Unveiled by Chitose Abe at Paris Fashion Week, these are arguably a lot crazier than her other two hybrid models, and we think we're in love.
As its name states, this is the perfect fusion between the Pegasus and the VaporFly sneakers. Featuring a full Flyknit upper that's as breathable as it gets, a duo of Swooshes hit the lateral and medial side panels, with one decked out in premium full grain leather and the other printed on in a clean white, slinging straight into the midsole. Fuzzy suede elements hit the toebox and heel, adding a touch of luxury to the highly coveted model.

Of course, it wouldn't be a sacai x Nike collab without the hybrid elements. Not only will you get the two tongues and two lacing systems, you'll also get double the midsole too, resulting in an aesthetic that can only be compared to chunky sneakers like the Balenciaga Triple S and the Yeezy 700.
In terms of colourways, the Pegasus VaporFly will be available in three flavours, including "Sport Fuchsia", "Neptune Green", and of course, "Black". More are expected in the future, so be sure to keep it locked!
As for a release date, nothing has been confirmed just yet, but our sources are pointing at an Autumn 2020 launch. Let us know what you think of the sacai x Nike Pegasus VaporFly, and while you're here, it looks like a sacai x Nike VaporWaffle could also be in the works!
