Back in October, we unveiled that the Yeezy Boost 350 V2 "Tailgate" was in the works, and today, we're getting our very first look yet. Looking exactly like the "Static" with a few pretty minor tweaks here and there, we have to admit that we're not at all surprised by this as Kanye West does tend to recycle his designs. With that said, just what is there not to love about this colourway?!
Featuring a Primeknit upper for a comfortable sock-like fit, the "Tailgate" is painted in the exact same white and grey palette as the aforementioned "Static" with the same patterning seen throughout. 3M laces tie the shoe together, and down below, you'll find an extremely comfortable Boost midsole, providing cushioning and response like nothing else out there.
Some noteworthy changes include a subtle yet striking gum rubber outsole for durable traction, as well as the removal of the much-loved heel pull tab, resulting in a sleek and streamlined design that's sure to win over the hearts of many sneakerheads.
Set to drop sometime early next year, the Yeezy Boost 350 V2 "Tailgate" is a must cop, especially if you didn't cop the "Static" in 2018. Let us know what you think of this Yeezy, and be sure to keep it locked at The Sole Supplier for more news as it develops!
