G-Dragon Unveils The PEACEMINUSONE x Nike Air Force 1 'Para-Noise'

Even though he's just been discharged from the military, nothing is stopping G-Dragon's road to world domination as he officially unveils the long awaited PEACEMINUSONE x Nike Air Force 1 'Para-Noise'. A shoe that we first caught a glimpse of back in August, it's inspired by the BIGBANG leader’s infatuation with hip hop and infused with his own unique sense of style.

While it may look like a classic black and white Air Force 1, there's more than meets the eye. Crafted from premium leather, it's been painted over with a special coating that wears away over time to reveal a piece of artwork created by GD himself. You'll also find an embroidered daisy at the tongue representing his arthouse brand, removable custom pins in the upper eyelets, as well as extra thick laces. To round it all off, PEACEMINUSONE is printed across the lining, while black paint strokes grace the Air midsole, rounding off the design.

“Ever since I came across hip-hop as a kid, AF1 has had a meaning greater than just shoes,” explains G-Dragon. “I couldn’t afford them, so I would always pass the Nike store and admire them with my eyes and heart only. For those who loved hip-hop culture, oversized clothes, hats and matching-colored AF1s was the uniform.”
