It looks like Kanye West is turning over a new leaf as we get up close and personal with the Yeezy Boost 350 V2 "Leaf"! Straying away from Ye's usual mesh stripe aesthetic and going back to basics, we actually got our first look at these all the way back in November of last year when they were nicknamed the "Bone"!
With no bells and whistles to speak of, the "Leaf" is as simple as it gets. With a sock-like Primeknit upper that bears a striking resemblance to the "Sesame", darker toned rope laces tie everything together. A complementary hue surrounds the collar for a subtle dash of contrast, while stark black stitching runs down the centre of the Yeezy for a look that is sure to turn heads.
Of course, it wouldn't be a 350 V2 without the addition of an adidas Boost midsole down below. Housed within a light green unit, this is the design feature that lends the shoe its special colourway name. There's no pull tab around the heel so the overall design is kept sleek and streamlined.
Rumoured to be dropping around the end of the year, the adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 "Leaf" is sure to work with any fit you throw at it! Let us know what you think of this pair, and in related news, the Yeezy Boost 350 V2 "MX Rock" is inspired by the Foam RNNR!
