If you’re into out-of-this-world techwear and futuristic designs then you just might be in luck, as Nike’s latest Air Max silhouette, known as the Air Max Furyosa, is going to be right up your street. The chunky runner offers up everything you could dream of in a sneaker and more, check out that double-stacked Air Max unit! Decked out in clean “Metallic Silver” colourway, we expect this pair to be hugely popular upon release.

While OG Air Max fans may not be jumping with joy for the arrival of the Air Max Furyosa, that’s not to say that Nike should be scared of innovation. If it wasn’t for the label's penchant for thinking outside of the box, we’d never have well-loved silhouettes like the Huarache, that were once considered incredibly futuristic!

The uppers are crafted from a range of materials including leather, athletic mesh and synthetics, with panelling showcasing plenty of different Nike Swoosh logos that are discreetly placed for a fashion-forward look. The mesh part houses plenty of ankle cushioning and while a traditional lacing system is present, the pair can also be fastened via a drawstring that wraps around the heel, allowing for a snug fit.

This all sits on top of an incredibly oversized midsole that houses not one, but two Air Max units under the heel! We’re yet to try these on for ourselves, but can only imagine the comfort that they provide.
