We're not even exaggerating at all when we say that the Hender Scheme x adidas Originals NMD R1 made history. Releasing back in September of last year, not only did it drop the stretchy Primeknit upper in favour of luxurious leather, the collaboration also marked the first non-Boost NMD, which shocked the sneaker community. Now, the power duo have reunited to rework the ZX 500 RM.
Dropping three distinct styles, the collaboration keeps in line with the Japanese brand's usual oeuvre. The HS ZX 500 RM FL features an upper crafted entirely from vegetable-tanned, undyed leather, complete with stitched accents on the Three Stripes and leather tag on the tongue. The two HS ZX 500 RM MT, on the other hand, are available in black or white shades, with pull-tab laces allowing for easy wear. It's interesting to note that all three sneakers keep the full length Boost midsole, unlike the aforementioned NMD R1.
Dropping on November 24th, the Hender Scheme x adidas Originals ZX 500 RMs will release alongside a three panel adidas cap and series of sporty bags.
