Here's an On-Foot Look at the sacai x Nike Vaporwaffle "Dark Iris Orange"

It's the collaboration that has you seeing double, the sacai x Nike collection will soon get a whole lot bigger. This November sees four vibrant drops but looking ahead, it seems more styles are coming in 2021. Just take the sacai x Nike VaporWaffle Dark Iris Orange; a shoe recently leaked alongside a more toned down sesame colourway.

Here we get to admire this vibrant pair on foot, and instantly we can see this is different compared with November's styles. That's not to say everything isn't doubled up in true Sacai style but these feature padded nylon in place of that perforated mesh.

It's the outrageous colour scheme which makes these so appealing. sacai founder Chitose Abe opts for a heavy use of purple contrasted nicely by a vibrant orange Swoosh and heel panel. Even the bottom half opts for a two-tone colour scheme with a slab of cream foam sandwiched between that hefty midsole.

As a statement sneaker, the sacai x Nike VaporWaffle is far from conventional; the doubled-up laces, midsole and Swooshes making it one of the more unusual Nike collabs.

Love it or hate it, these are excepted to sellout along with the upcoming drops happening in November.
