Jordan ’s 2023 line-up seems to be getting stronger by the second, and now the brand has finally revealed the full extent of its SS23 Retro collection. With over 19 models to drop over the summer months across a range of styles and sizing options, there’s something for everyone here, so let’s take a closer look at what we can expect to see.
Kicking things off, the Jumpman team have gone hard on the Air Jordan 1 , with fresh takes on both the AJ1 High and AJ1 Low. In terms of Retro make-ups, the “Lucky Green” or "Celtics" leads the pack, though the brand also offers an elevated take in the form of the Air Jordan 1 “Craft” aka the "Vibrations of Naija" which is sure to get sneakerheads talking. As well as these, two “Washed” AJ1 iterations have also proven popular so far, with both black and pink options catering to a broad range of appeal. Low pairs are then readied in “Atmosphere Grey” and “Black Cement” variations, further highlighting the versatility of the silhouette.
The brand is also looking to further its AJ2 roll-out, with three colourways outfitting the combination of high and low styles. Jumpman fans will also be keen to see two AJ3 s join the mix, with the “Lucky Green” theme returning on this style, as well as a “True Blue/Copper” colourway that celebrates MJ’s time at the Washington Wizards. Of course, one of the most-anticipated drops however has to be the AJ4 “Thunder” which is finally making a comeback after it was last seen in 2012.
Other highlights include a “Craft” AJ5, as well as the eye-catching AJ6 “Toro Bravo” - the latter arriving in a striking red colour palette that is well cemented within Jordan history. The Air Jordan 7 also makes an appearance in the line-up, and two AJ11 s offer both muted and bright takes on the style. Finally, an AJ13 and AJ14 close out the collection in a seriously strong style - trust us when we say you don’t want to miss this.
The collection is set to start dropping from April, though Jordan itself has not confirmed too many of the dates yet.
