When the Yeezy Boost 350 V2 "Yeshaya" was unveiled back in September, we have to admit that we were beyond hyped. Hands down the craziest Kanye West sneaker yet, it combined purple, yellow, and black tones, resulting in a sneaker that was unlike anything we'd seen before. Now, it looks like Ye has stripped everything back to the point where it looks just like the "Static", and we're a little disappointed.
Previously dubbed the "Tailgate", the brand new "Yeshaya" has none of the personality of the original design. Gone is the crazy colour blocking in favour of a slightly grey "Static" with a "Citron" midsole. While there's definitely nothing wrong with the clean design, we were honestly hoping for something a little crazier.
Primeknit makes up the majority of the upper while a slither of mesh shoots across the lateral side panel. Down below, a comfortable Boost midsole is present, and this is lined with gum rubber for durable traction with every step.
Set to drop sometime in Spring 2020, the undefined "Yeshaya" is an essential for the summer, so if you're loving the brand new look then make sure you keep it locked at The Sole Supplier and we'll let you know as soon as more release info rolls out! What do you think of the makeover? Are you a little disappointed? Let us know what you're thinking!
