Back in 2018, adidas Originals unveiled the POD-S3.1 silhouette. Unlike anything we had seen before, it was, without a doubt, one of the comfiest sneakers in existence. Featuring a midsole made of both Boost and EVA tech, every step felt like you were walking on a plump cloud. Now, a year later, we're taking a first look at its sequel, and we're beyond hyped!
Image courtesy of sneakerhead @shawnlee1978, the aptly dubbed POD-S3.2 takes the silhouette to the next level. Seen here in a BAPE-inspired red camo colourway, an ultra breathable mesh dresses the entire upper, while buttery smooth suede makes up the lacing system. Down below, the iconic hybrid midsole has been beefed up, with an extra chunky Boost midsole at the heel, and an EVA forefoot that features exaggerated traction grips that kind of resemble the Trail outsole from Pharrell Williams' latest NMD Human Race sneakers.
Unlike anything we've seen before, pretty much nothing else is known about the adidas POD-S3.2 at the moment, so be sure to keep it locked at The Sole Supplier for more news as it develops! Let us know if you'll be adding a pair to your rotation, and while you're here, take a look at the full adidas sneaker range!
