These are definitely a little more snug than some of my other Nike trainers but I wouldn't go up a size! With it being a trainer I wear to the gym too, I like having that lockdown support. I'd definitely recommend going true to size.

I go for half a size down with Air Force 1s as I think they're a little roomier, especially towards the toe box. That said, the React Element 55 is a closer fit, I couldn't imagine anyone having to go a size down.

For me, these aren't the trainers to be wearing with jeans - they just look too sporty. Instead, I'll wear mine with shorts on a sunny day or with a pair of joggers when I'm heading to the gym.

Being obsessively clean with all of my sneakers, these are protected with water repellent spray a few times per month. Prevention is the best cure. Should they get a scuff mark though, I'll use a sneaker wipe. I like to keep the midsoles looking pristine!

These aren't quite as comfortable as they look in my opinion. That said, these are really durable and stand-up to the toughest of workouts. I've beat mine up and they still look in great condition.

They go really well with cargo pants, a taper at the ankles can make the silhouette look clean.

The Nike React Element 55 fits quite similar to the Nike Air Force 1 React but the upper feels a little sleeker so it's just that tiny bit tighter.

They're very comfortable. While I don't think they're as cushioned as adidas Boost, the chunky React foam midsole is perfect for everyday wear.

I don't wear them outside much so I don't really need to keep them clean!

They're really comfortable and the cushioning isn't too soft. I an squat in these with no problem but the Boost midsole from adidas is slightly too soft to be able to do this.
