Say hello to the next generation of the Nomad: the adidas NMD V2. A sneaker line that broke into the scene back in 2016, hype for the silhouette has undoubtedly died down a lot since its debut. That being said, the Three Stripes hasn't given up hope yet as they've unveiled a brand new model just months before the new year.
Based off the wildly popular NMD R1, the NMD V2 is painted in a black, blue, and red colour scheme that resembles the OG colourway. Crafted from a breathable mesh, the two-tone Boost midsole offers a pop of contrast that's sure to turn heads. The EVA plugs have also been reworked, with the front one featuring a more angular structure and the back one joining with the heel to form a back pull tab that's printed with "The Brand With The 3 Stripes" in multiple languages, emphasising the sneaker's nomadic nature.
Elsewhere, the lacing system has also been reworked for a more streamlined look, and the laces themselves are now rope rather than the flat style that we've become accustomed to over the past three years.
At this moment in time, pretty much nothing else is known about the adidas NMD V2, but one thing that's for sure is that these will be pretty popular among adidas fans! Let us know what you think of the refreshed design, and keep it locked at The Sole Supplier for more news as it develops!
