We’re always looking for that one shoe that can accompany us in whatever outdoorsy activity we have planned, whether that be a coffee or a walk in the park, or a trail adventure in the countryside. It’s difficult to find that one-shoe-fits-all, but that’s where the Merrell Moab Speed 2 comes in.

Merrell has taken on the knowledge and trail insights from the classic Moab hiking boot, and paired them with the latest innovations from athletic hikers to create this solid hiking silhouette. Being outdoors can just be right next to your home.
For Manchester-based social media creator Ben Grennie, it doesn’t always have to be a big adventure. “Sometimes it can be a little moment, just getting that fresh air that you need,” he says.
“I think being outdoors can just be right next to your home. Growing up in Manchester, it was really important to get outside and – whatever the weather – make the most of it.”
Grennie has taken on two Moab Speed 2 colourways and styled them with bits and pieces from his own wardrobe, for that walk around the city or that hike in the woods – proving you can really wear the Moab Speed 2 wherever you please.
For a chill day out, Grennie styled the Moab Speed 2 Vent 2k in the Poplar colourway with a chill sweater, parachute pants, jewellery and sunglasses – easy and effortless. To become one with nature, Grennie fully geared up with the Moab Speed 2 Sport in this black/white checked colourway, a pair of techy, water-resistant trousers and layered a sports long-sleeve over a T-shirt; when out hiking always bring a bag for necessities, and a bandana for vibes.
There’s always somewhere close to your home where you can go and get some fresh air, reset, and get that mental clarity.
He adds: “I think sometimes people think too much about going outside – they think it has to be some big adventure, but there’s always somewhere close to your home where you can go and get some fresh air, reset, and get that mental clarity.”
Whether it’s a big or small adventure, it’s still worth gearing up for.
