JJJJound and ASICS Return with Two New Looks

When JJJJound and ASICS link up, it's always a banger. Their 2022 GEL-Kayano 14 collaboration practically kicked off the whole Sportstyle surge, igniting a serious craving for ASICS' mesh runners across the board. Fast forward nearly three years, and the Montreal crew is back, ready to drain your bank account once more. After dropping hints all over social media, JJJJound has finally pulled back the curtain on two new colourways, hitting shelves this month.

This third go round between JJJJound and ASICS on the GEL-Kayano 14 draws inspiration from late 2000s running footwear scene. They take the shoe's original performance focused design and give it a sophisticated, understated makeover.

This collection brings us two adaptable colourways. First up, we have the White/Navy GEL-Kayano 14. This one pairs white mesh with metallic silver overlays and black debossed details for a sharp contrast. A midnight navy tiger stripe completes the upper, which rests on a midnight outsole accented with bright yellow and light grey. Then there's the White/Blue GEL-Kayano 14. This version features white mesh and metallic overlays that contrast with subtle black accents. A white midsole features light grey hits, including a grey section that nods to the vintage Kayano's "DUOMAX" technology. Baby blue pops up throughout, giving the shoe its defining accent.
