Kanye Makes the Walk for Balenciaga at Paris Fashion Week

While it's becoming increasingly difficult to keep up with just exactly what is going on with Kanye West at the moment, it seems Ye is now just completing side quests at his own leisure. In a shock move at Paris Fashion Week, Ye opened up Balenciaga's Spring/Summer 2023 "The Mud Show" by storming down the catwalk.

"The Mud Show" by Balenciaga was Demna's next attempt at creating a viral headline-grabbing runway show, and it's fair to say it worked. Hundreds of celeb attendees sat in a Parisian warehouse submerged with tonnes of thick and sludgy mud with puddles of water and various mounds included.

The show opened with a boxy security rig-clad figure storming through his thick-mud surroundings with a serious sense of determination. While some of the audience immediately recognised this person as Kanye West, it is said the majority only realised after several minutes. Given Kanye's history and adoration of the Balenciaga brand, it seems almost fitting that this show would host the star's runway debut.

Following Kanye down the runway, we saw an array of models, including the ever-popular Bella Hadid. In related Paris Fashion Week news, Ye is set to show Yeezy Season 9.
