Kanye West's Yeezy Season 8 Is Experimental Footwear at Its Finest

Yeezy Season 8 was definitely one to remember. A presentation that pretty much no one had anticipated considering Kanye West didn't send out invites until the penultimate day, he wasn't even on the Paris Fashion Week FW20 schedule. For his latest and greatest collection, Ye took attendees to the futuristic Espace Niemeyer, which was designed by iconic architect Oscar Niemeyer.

While he didn't unveil the hotly anticipated Yeezy 451 that everyone has been waiting for, he did showcase a wide range of highly experimental footwear options that, unlike his current line with adidas, are targeted more towards a high fashion crowd.

Comprising of three main silhouettes including a duck boot and an oversized slider which bears a striking resemblance to the Yeezy Slides that the American rapper debuted last year, the highlight of the pack has got to be the heavily padded boot that is inspired by puffer jackets.

Elsewhere, Season 8 flexes a ton of new clothing items, including the usual coats, hoodies, sweatshirts, and baseball jerseys all steeped in Kanye's classic earthy palette that we all know and love.
