Louis Vuitton's Handle Soft Trunk Bag Is the Ultimate Menswear Accessory

While the effects of Virgil Abloh's untimely death still loom over the fashion industry, it would appear Louis Vuitton is continuing to soldier on in style with all its latest collections. Now, as part of its seasonal offerings, Louis Vuitton has returned the Handle Soft Trunk Bag to its permanent lineup.

This accessory was first imagined by Virgil Abloh back in 2021 as part of Louis Vuitton's NBA capsule, but now it has returned for Spring/Summer 2022, and it appears to be here to stay.

The bag itself arrives as an almost mini version of the house's heritage trunk model and sports a rectangular construction. Mimicking the similarities of the large trunk, this bag also features metal corners as well as two horizontal metal strips. In addition, we also see a removable shoulder strap to accompany a leather carry handle.

Three new luxury variations of the trunk are on offer. The first sports Louis Vuitton's signature brown monogram pattern, the second wears a black hue and the third showcases the same black hue but with an eclipsed logo style.
