While Manchester City might not be leading the race in the Premier League so far this year, the team seems to be well ahead when it comes to the style department. In celebration of the upcoming Lunar New Year, Man City and its kit sponsor PUMA have come together to release a unique kit celebrating the Year of the Rabbit.
Alongside their three existing PUMA jerseys, this duo has now readied a newly designed collection. Included we see a shirt, shorts, jacket, track pants and a T-Shirt, each of which is said to pay homage to China's 2013 Lunar rover mission. As a result, each piece arrives with a crater-like base print complete with a "Blazing Blue" hue. Atop this base, a matt gold tint covers the logos, sleeve edges and V-Neck lining, offering a contrasting but complementary finish.
So far, there has been no indication whether or not the Premier League Champions will wear the kit at any of its upcoming fixtures, but the team still has a total of four matches before the Lunar New Year to change its mind. For those looking to get their hands on this latest kit, it is currently available on PUMA's website. In other football and fashion news, Paris Saint-Germain gets kitted out in Dior's classic menswear offerings.
