First teased back in June of 2020, the news of a Yeezy x Gap collaboration piqued interest within the streetwear community after seemingly coming out of the blue. Fast forward almost 11 months later and finally, we see the latest in developments from the collection. Well, kind of...

According to legal findings, the YZY x GAP collaboration is confirmed and due to become official anytime soon. It also appears the new logo design has been unveiled alongside the documents and well, it isn't exactly anything out of the ordinary.

At first glance, the logo is almost identical to the iconic Gap counterpart we're all familiar with except for the letters "YZY" being adopted instead of "GAP". On closer inspection, you'll notice the edges are slightly slanted and the deep blue colour has been replaced with a lighter hue.

While this new logo doesn't give us much to go off, the trademarking documents have also highlighted that the brand logo can be used on a variety of accessories including backpacks, luggage, footwear, headwear and much more. Are we about to see a heavy addition of accessories alongside clothing? Only time will tell.
