Muay Thai Vibes Feature On The Carnival x ASICS GEL-DS

We love a good ASICS collaboration. From Ronnie Fieg to Vivienne Westwood, never have their collabs ever disappointed us, and now, the Japanese footwear manufacturer has tapped Bangkok's Carnival for a Muay Thai focused GEL-DS sneaker, and it's an insta cop!

Paying homage to Thai boxing, the Carnival x ASICS GEL-DS builds on an ultra clean white base and features blue, gold, and red accents throughout. Crafted from a flurry of premium materials including leather on the side panels and suede along the toebox and heel region, it's one of those unique sneakers that feature an asymmetric design, switching out accents from the left foot to the right foot.

The iconic tiger stripe strikes the lateral and medial walls, and co-branded detailing hits the rear. To round it all off, "WORLD PERFORMANCE"; text graces the tongue, completing the retro inspired look.
