With the release of the Yeezy 700 V2 ‘Vanta’ earlier this morning and two more Yeezy 700 colourways release this later month, images have now surfaced showing the upcoming 700 VX with transparent uppers! A shoe that was first unveiled back in September of last year, we’re beyond hyped for this release!
Images courtesy of ASAP Bari, the shoe is painted in two distinct colourways: a clean light grey and a striking bold orange. While the 700 VX features more or less the same silhouette as previous releases, it opts for a big and bold look that’s definitely a departure from the current design language. Massive “700” branding hits the laterals, while a “V” shape upper gives the shoe an extremely streamlined look.
As we mentioned before, the new 700 VX also features transparent uppers, taking the 350 V2’s transparent mesh stripe to a whole other level. This is a trend that we’ve been seeing in a ton of Swoosh sneakers lately, like the Nike React Element 87, so we’re glad that Three Stripes fans can finally ride the hype train.
At this moment in time, pretty much nothing else is known about the brand new Yeezy 700 VX colourways, so be sure to keep it locked at The Sole Supplier for more news as it develops! Let us know if you’d cop a pair, and while you’re here, take a look at the full adidas sneaker range!
