Nike Air Max 96 II Sizing: How Do They Fit?

The highly-rated Nike Air Max 96 II has made an incredible comeback this year, marking its 25th anniversary. Remarkably, the model has never had a re-release in its original form right up until the present day, it was only briefly revived in 2016 as the Air Max 96 XX, which borrowed the midsole tooling from the Air Max 95, Sergio Lozano’s more popular Air Max design.

For me, the Air Max 96 II fits true to size. It's got a pretty chunky look but I wouldn't go a size up otherwise you'll get too much space in the toe box and it'll look a little awkward.

The AM96 II is good for daily wear. I wouldn't say it's the most comfortable shoe in the world but it will get you from A to B with no issues whatsoever.

I style them with an oversized t-shirt and cargo pants. They're a pretty retro sneaker so they'll go with anything you throw at them.

They're made of various different materials so there's no wrong or right way to clean them, but what I do is use a bit of soap and warm water and rub the fabric with a light brush.

I find my Air Max 96 II fit true to size. Due to the mix in materials, I've found them to be pretty cosy and ideal for my regular size.

I consider my sneakers as a part of me. I take care of my Air Max 96s the way I take care of myself - Healthy. I make sure I’ve sprayed them with stain repellant solution and use Jason Markk Cleaning Wipes after I’ve worn them out.
