Even from a young age, the Nike Air More Uptempo has always intrigued me. With an extremely eye-catching design, literally no other sneaker on the market looks even a bit like it. I only have one pair in my collection and they fit true to size. I'm usually a size 10UK so I just bought a 10UK and they fit absolutely perfectly.

Because of its chunky design I had doubts of how comfortable the Uptempo was, but everything just works so well together. While I definitely wouldn't be rocking these at the peak of summer because of its all-leather construction, it wouldn't be that big of a deal either thanks to the hefty Nike Air midsole underfoot that's oh-so comfortable.

Oversized streetwear fits are the perfect way to go when it comes to styling the Uptempo. Opt for an oversized hoodie and cargo pants for a classic, everyday look. They're a surprisingly streamlined shoe so they work well with almost any outfit you throw at them.

I don't usually clean my creps because I honestly think the scuffs and scratches give them a lot of personality, but if I had to I would use a soft microfibre cloth and some warm, soapy water. On the spot I want to clean I would apply the cloth on it and go around in a circular motion. That works for me no matter the material.

From experience, the Nike Air More Uptempo fits true to size, so going with your usual size should provide a great fit. With that said, if you had particularly narrow feet there's no harm in going 0.5 down for that extra support.

You know what? To be honest with you the Uptempo is the first shoe I reach for out of my entire collection, not only because of its insane design but also because it's so damn comfortable. I could easily wear these every single day of my life. In fact, I even sometimes rock 'em when I'm out skating.

While the design is very unique, I still think they're one of the most versatile trainers around. I usually rock mine with a basketball jersey (go Lakers!) and some stonewashed denim jeans. To finish it off I wear a neutral toned baseball cap so that it doesn't take away from what I have on-feet.
