Nike is going throwback Thursday with the 'China Hoop Dream' collection. A tribute to early 2000s hoops culture in China, where basketball posters graced bedrooms everywhere and locker room doors were fully customised, this pack takes on eight of the Swoosh's most iconic silhouettes.
Comprising of the Air Force 1, the Air Force 1 High, the Air Force 1 Jester XX, the Air Flightposite, the Benassi JDI Print Slide, the Shox BB4, and of course, two Air VaporMax models, each shoe is a love letter to the heyday of b-ball, with some shoes painted in Oriental red hues while others embellished with graffiti stylings and retro imagery that's a nod to the early Noughties.
More imaginative than the rest, the Shox BB4 features a full skyline with saturated purple tones and popping red hues for a look that's sure to turn heads, both on the street and on the court.
If you're a big fan of the Nike 'China Hoop Dream' collection, unfortunately it'll only drop in Greater China on August 8th. That being said, A European release may potentially be in the works, so be sure to keep it locked at The Sole Supplier as soon as this happens! Which pair would you add to your rotation? Be sure to let us know!
