Last week, we announced that the Swoosh were changing things up for this year's Air Max Day celebrations. Instead of dropping ultra exclusive silhouettes such as last year's Sean Wotherspoon x Nike Air Max 97/1, they'll be focusing on its brand new 'Give Fresh Air' campaign.
Teaming up with various sneaker boutiques and organisations, the initiative aims to give back to the community by teaming giving sneakerheads an easy way to donate new and gently worn sneakers to retailers in the United States and Canada. Those in the West Coast can go to UNDEFEATED, Laced, and Sneakersnstuff in Los Angeles, Bows & Arrows in San Francisco, BAIT in San Diego, and Likelihood in Seattle, while those in the East Coast can take a trip to Concepts in New York City, KITH in SOHO and Brooklyn and UBIQ in Philadelphia and Washington DC.
If you're in the South, head on over to Oneness in Louisville, A Ma Maniere in Atlanta and Social Status in Charlotte. Midwest sneakerheads can pay a visit to Xhibition in Shaker Heights and Saint Alfred in Chicago. Canadians have only one option of Livestock in Toronto.
Sharing the love for sneakers while doing good at the same time, the Nike 'Give Fresh Air' campaign is set to run from March 18th all the way to April 13th. At this moment in time, no European retailers are participating in the event, so be sure to keep it locked at The Sole Supplier for more news as it develops and check out the full Nike sneaker range while you're here!
