Nike Goes East For The Air Max 98 'Shanghai'

Earlier this year, Nike brought back the legendary Air Max 98 on it's 20th anniversary, and with this revival, came a bunch of ultra high heat collabs from industry leaders such as Supreme. To many, the AM98 is one of the best sneakers of recent memory, and now, the Swoosh has travelled east for the 'Shanghai' colourway.

Chinese characters, which translate to Shanghai, adorn the multi-patterned upper for an almost digi-camo effect, paying homage to the metropolis city's animated lights. Red mini Swooshes with touches of blue add some vibrancy to the monochrome colourway, and to round it all off, a leather tongue tab with tilted Air Max branding adds another twist to the special edition pair.
