With baseball arguably on the edge of becoming one of streetwear's next biggest trends, it seems the timing couldn't be much better for Nike and Major League Baseball. With the 2022 All-Star game fast approaching, Nike x MLB have released new uniforms celebrating the LA-based host team alongside a range of new MLB Connect Jerseys.
With both the Dodgers and Angels calling Los Angeles home, it only makes sense that we would see fresh team designs available. The latest Dodgers rendition arrives with a clean white base, accentuated by a gold text complete with black edges. Its Angels counterpart sports a dark grey hue with a similar gold text found on both the chest and sleeves.
In addition to the new jerseys, Nike has also released seven new designs for the MLB Connect series. Featured, we see the Houston Astros, Kansas City Royals, Los Angeles Angels, Milwaukee Brewers, San Diego Padres, Washington Nationals, and the Colorado Rockies all receive updated versions of their jerseys.
For those looking to get their hands on these latest pieces, keep an eye out on Nike's store from the 19th of July! In other fashion news, FC Real Bristol x Disney pay homage to four of England's top footballing cities.
