From Nike, to adidas, to PUMA – when it comes to the sneaker industry, it's apparent that advertisements and products are geared more towards a male audience. To remedy this, the Swoosh has tapped Yoon Ahn, Sarah Andelman, and Martine Rose for a trio of female-led collaborations.
Ahn will be launching a capsule collection with Nike, while Andelman is set to curate a portion of Nike's Unlaced site, much like how she selected key designers and pieces for colette. In terms of Rose, she will be reworking the iconic Nike Air Monarch, in two distinct colourways.
Pretty much nothing else is known about this three-way Nike collab, so be sure to keep it locked at The Sole Supplier for more news as it develops! While you're here, here are ten women who have changed the sneaker industry.
If you're thinking of copping some brand new Nike heat, be sure to check out the latest over at END. Clothing!
