Like the adidas Yung-1, most dad sneakers tend to go for a more retro aesthetic, however, the Nike M2K Tekno opts for a more futuristic vibe. A lesson in sneaker styling, this chunky crep first dropped in April, and now it's getting a 'Gunsmoke' makeover.
A modernised take on the legendary Nike Monarch, this striking colourway features an upper painted in a primarily grey shade. Tonal branding is abundant on the shoe's upper, with a vertical logo hit on the tongue, as well as three Swooshes appearing on the lateral side of the midfoot and the bottom of the throat. A bold red plastic heel piece adds subtle contrast to the vibrant shoe, and the look is completed with a classic Monarch midsole which is touched up with a dash of red.
Slated to drop on November 30th, the Nike M2K Tekno 'Gunsmoke' is a must cop shoe for any sneaker collection. In related news, Nike recently unveiled the chunky Zoom 2K sneaker!
