If you’re as strong of a Swoosh fan as a lot of us here at The Sole Supplier are, you'll no doubt have heard of Nike’s ISPA line by now. If you haven’t, ISPA (Improvise, Scavenge, Protect, Adapt) is one of the label’s many sub-lines, and focuses on innovative designs that aim to improve an athlete’s interaction with a built environment. Reputable sneaker source @koala_hsh has leaked images of the latest ISPA model (that’s yet to be named) and it’s looking unlike anything we’ve seen before!
Combining multiple Nike technologies, the pair looks set to break boundaries and will undoubtedly turn a few heads on the street. The upper seems to be crafted from Flyknit fabric and will be fastened with a unique system similar to the type that appears on the upcoming Space Hippie capsule.
Beneath the feet, things really start to take a turn! The toe box is split in half, paying homage to ancient Japanese footwear styles, while underfoot two Shox-like capsules look to contain the same cushioning as that featured on Nike’s highly-popular NEXT% marathon trainers, along with a large gap for additional agility.
One thing is certain here, and it’s the fact that these are the craziest Nike sneakers we’ve seen in a long time! For the time being we don’t have any more details on this eccentric-looking pair, so for the time being you’ll have to sit tight a little longer. Stay locked in right here at The Sole Supplier for all the latest, and check out Nike’s futuristic Adapt Auto Max in the new “Black” colourway while you’re here!
