Nike, adidas, and New Balance are stepping up with leopard print sneakers, offering animal print enthusiasts plenty of stylish options for the warmer months ahead. As spring unfolds, Nike’s lifestyle division has reimagined the iconic Air Max 90 with another leopard inspired iteration, exclusively for women.
This release is part of a larger collection, which also includes the striking Air Force 1 Low "Leopard". The latest iteration of Tinker Hatfield's timeless design features a sophisticated "White/Black/Silt Red/Rust Pink/Sanddrift/Hemp" colorway. The leopard print adds a touch of wilderness to the retro running silhouette, a design that has seamlessly cycled in and out of style over the past five decades.
This pink version is one of two "Leopard" Air Max 90s slated for release, accompanied by a khaki colorway previewed earlier this year. The animal print dominates the quarter panels and toe overlays, adding a dynamic, textured look. A clean white mesh base, tongue, and midsole provide balance, while black accents on the Swoosh and tongue/heel branding maintain a smart contrast. Subtle light pink tones adorn the heel badge, mudguard, and TPU eyestays, completing the design.
Although official release dates for the “Leopard” Air Max 90s have yet to be announced, both styles are expected to feature prominently in Nike’s Summer 2025 lineup. Stay tuned to The Sole Supplier for all the latest updates on these sneakers and more.
