There's no doubt that the Nike Air Huarache is one of the most iconic silhouettes ever made. Debuted back in 1991, it was created by legendary designer Tinker Hatfield and at the time it was unlike anything we had seen before. To celebrate its 30th anniversary, Offspring is unleashing the "Growing Up Huarache" film to talk about how the silhouette transformed the sneaker industry as we knew it!
Chatting to some of London's creatives, the teaser video showcases just a few of their thoughts surrounding the pair. From "It was all about the hype" to "First Nike without a Swoosh", there's no arguing that this shoe has made an impact on the culture, not only in the UK, but beyond.

The release of this movie coincides with the launch of the Nike Air Huarache "Have You Hugged Your Foot Today". Inspired by the English capital, this pays homage to the OG "Triple Black" that everyone lusted for back in the day. It's crafted from leather, mesh, and neoprene and features all the classic bells and whistles of the original model.
Offspring's "Growing Up Huarache" drops this Friday, while the Nike Air Huarache "Have You Hugged Your Foot Today" will land one day later on May 29th. Let us know what you think of the return of the Huarache, and be sure to keep it locked at The Sole Supplier for all the latest and greatest Nike sneaker releases!
