After making the collective fashion world scratch its heads with its unsightly UGG collaboration, Palace skateboards has returned ready with its latest offerings. This time around, the London skate imprint has tapped high-quality luggage manufacturer RIMOWA for an almost psychedelic take on its famed Cabin Suitcase.
Those who have been around the streetwear scene for a few years now might remember the link-up between Supreme x RIMOWA back in 2018 & 2019, but it's fair to say this new iteration doesn't quite play it as safe. Atop the hard-shelled body of the item, Palace has decorated the item with an airbrush-inspired scene with a figure walking through a space desert of sorts. A gigantic metal Tri-Ferg logo and a sand sculpture of a woman are also featured under a multicoloured sky, making this one nothing short of distinctive.
Accompanying the suitcase is a unique co-branded skateboard deck complete with an all-over chain print and a blue co-branded Tri-Ferg logo on the tail. Finally, Palace's usual line-up of jackets, sweats, tees and much more are also included in the same launch. For those looking to get their hands on this upcoming Palace drop, it will release both in-store and online on 10/02. In other fashion news, a new Nike x Stüssy apparel collaboration is on the horizon.
