With both Patta and Alpha Industries having a big year in 2021, it seems the duo are set to continue on their upward trajectory with this latest collaboration. The two streetwear imprints have now joined forces to produce three signature MA-1 jackets that pay homage to the cities in which Patta has stores.
These timeless jackets aim to pay tribute to the brand's loyal droves of followers in each. Each jacket arrives with a reversible exterior sporting both black and bright orange hues. In addition, we see a small white logo signature that sits in contrast to the rest of the garment.
What sets the three jackets apart is a large back patch found on each version. London, Amsterdam and Milan spell-outs are found in Patta's signature font, with each sporting a different base colour.
The iconic MA-1 shape dates back to the 1950s when it was designed by the United States Air Force as a flight jacket for its pilots. In 1963, Alpha Industries won the contract to produce more of these pieces and the rest is history.
If you're looking to cop one of these three jackets, they will be available exclusively from Friday the 21st of January in Patta's London, Amster and Milan stores. In other news, Maharishi's upcoming year of the tiger capsule features intricate embroidery.
