PUMA is quietly killing it this year. With the Thunder Spectra and an MCM partnership under their belt, the German giant is making its way to the top, and now, they've reissued the iconic RS-Computer sneaker, and it's insane!
Introduced back in 1986, the RS-Computer took footwear tech to a whole other level. Crafted from premium leather, the heel housed a computer chip that would store data of the runner, including things like distance, time, and calories. The reworked version boasts the exact same look, however, it no longer requires a 16-pin cord and can be charged via USB and connect wirelessly to your mobile phone via Bluetooth.
Other notable features include a miniature 3-axis accelerometer, an extended memory that records thirty days worth of running data, LED indicators, and a rechargeable lithium-polymer battery. If you're planning to cop, the PUMA RS-Computer is limited to just 86 pairs worldwide, and are available today from PUMA stores in Berlin, Tokyo and London, as well as retailers like KITH.
