Last year we published a guide featuring the 100 best Nike Air Force 1s of all time. As you'd expect, every colourway that made the short list is both ultra-rare and in most cases, launched in a painfully limited size run. We're talking the likes of that Off-White release, collabs from KAWS and Supreme as well as other limited-edition pairs. For the sneaker collector, getting your hands on one of these might seem like a fantasy but thanks to the new Air Force 1 release at Nike By You, you could cop the next best thing!
That's right, Nike's customisation platform recently launched a whole array of options for this iconic shoe. That includes suede crafted uppers, python effect leather and almost every colour you could wish to choose! For the first time ever, it makes re-creating the most iconic colourways entirely possible. Just take a look below at some our our creations and get customising here!
Resell prices can exceed £3000 for this VLONE collaboration but you can create your own for £109 at Nike UK! Although our customisation pictured above features leather uppers, you can opt for snakeskin effect material too!
Eminem received his very own Air Force 1 which at the time was launched exclusively as a "FRIENDS & FAMILY" release. One of the rarest sneakers of all time, why not simply create your own with the exact same soft leather uppers?!
The biggest shopping event of the year provided the inspiration for one of the many styles from DJ Clark Kent. The original pair featured patent leather and pony fur but we've gone for the next best thing with a wolf grey colourway offset by that black suede material.
Following on from an "NYC" inspired release, this pair celebrates the City Of Angels in that iconic blend of yellow and white. Unfortunately, you can't add the LA motif which featured on the heel of the original pair but almost everything else is identical!
Launched back in 1998, this suede covered Air Force 1 is remembered for both its vibrancy and simplicity. There's no gimmicks, just premium crafted uppers and a simple colour blocking theme.
Just like that atmos collaboration from 2001, you can opt for the classic Georgetown colours to replicate a style that is considered one of the greatest Air Force 1 collaborations!
Most sneakers to feature snakeskin detailing aren't exactly understated but this pair has to be an exception! Released several times over the years, it's always quick to sellout which is never surprising given that luxurious vibe and versatile theme!
Admittedly, this Air Force 1 never actually launched, instead this colourway is inspired by that exclusive UNION x Jordan 1. That's the great thing with this Air Force 1 By You - there's even the possibility of plastering your favourite ever designs across this iconic silhouette! Get creating your masterpiece now at Nike UK.
