Sporty & Rich x Lacoste Are Onto a Winner

With Wimbledon in full swing, tennis style has never been trending harder. And, if there’s one brand that’s perfectly placed to jump onto the trend, its Emily Oberg’s Sporty & Rich. As the name suggests, the moodboard-turned-clothing-company blends together sporty staples with preppy styling, which makes tennis a perfect match.

While the brand has explored tennis style on its own, it’s also enlisted Lacoste for help with its latest collection. For those who aren’t quite clued up on Lacoste’s sporty history, then it’s worth knowing that the brand was founded by 7x Grand Slam winner René Lacoste in 1933. With 90 years in the game its fair to say Lacoste knows a few things about making great tennis wear, so combine that with Sporty & Rich’s country club aesthetic, and you’re onto a winner.

The collection includes a number of pieces, each one lending itself nicely to the court. Highlights include a fitted mini dress and a pleated skirt, as well as cute crops, knitted vests and sporty socks. Other items include caps, T-Shirts, and of course, Lacoste’s signature polo.
