After releasing its airline-themed SS22 seasonal campaign featuring none other than Uncut Gems' Julia Fox, it would seem Supreme is keen to keep the celebrity endorsements coming. Now, to celebrate the launch of its upcoming Meissen Hand-Painted Porcelain Mirror, Supreme has tapped none of than rap-game royalty Slick Rick for a campaign video.
Hailing from New York City, Slick Rick is a rapper and record producer that rose to prominence during the '80s hip-hop scene. With hits like "Street Talkin" and "Children's Story" under his belt, Slick Rick is a certified legend in the game.
In the short clip, we see the rapper don his extensive collection of bling and chains before resting a crown atop his head. The rapper then turns to the Meissen porcelain mirror and exclaims, "Peasants," in his unapologetic tone.
The mirror itself bears an array of intricate and hand-crafted details, with two cherubs sitting atop the frame. Some Supreme-heads will realise this isn't the first time Supreme x Meissen have worked together, as the duo previously produced a hand-painted porcelain cupid figurine back for SS19.
Supreme is expected to drop the mirror today at 4 PM alongside its 'Gummo' collection, but unless you've got near 20k spare, don't get too excited. In other news, Patta x Fairtex team up for a kickin' Muay Thai shorts capsule.
