Inspired by the pair of Nikes seen in Back To The Future II, the Nike Adapt BB2 is arguably one of Nike’s most innovative sneakers to date. Famous thanks to its FitAdapt mechanism – a lacing system that uses technology to fasten, making putting your shoes on quicker and easier than ever – these high-tech sneakers would make even Marty McFly impressed.
The first pair of Adapt BB launched back in January 2019, and almost a full year after its release, sneaker insider @sneakerhighway23 is offering fans a first look at its second iteration. Designed to be worn on and off the basketball court, this shoe differs from the first edition thanks to buttons on the side to loosen or tighten the lacing system, a panel hiding the cables, an exterior moulded heel and pull tabs. Plus, Zoom cushioning makes them super comfortable and easy to wear all day long.
Not much is known yet about when the undefined Nike Adapt BB2 will drop, but the rumour mill is predicting a Spring 2020 release. As always, we’ll let you know as soon as more information becomes available, so keep it locked into The Sole Supplier to be the first to know about this release and more Nike drops and restocks.
