After weeks of nothing but leaks, the hotly anticipated adidas adiFOM Q has finally been officially confirmed by the German giant. Previously reported as the brand's own take of the Foam Runner, this new silhouette is actually inspired by a completely different model that comes deep from within adi's archives - and here's what we know so far!
While details are still a little sketchy at the moment, you can clearly see how adidas have translated 2001's Quake into a more futuristic format. Boasting aggressive curves and lines that swoop and swerve all over the place, all this is packed within a one-piece EVA foam construction that's as comfortable as it gets.
The exaggerated holes along the side panels allow you to take a sneak peek within, showcasing a Primeknit sock that can be taken out with ease. This comes complete with laces that attach onto the outer shell, creating the perfect blend between sneakers and slides. This is then decorated with bold orange Trefoils along the tongue, finalising the design.
News of the adidas adiFOM Q "Cloud White" comes just days after Kanye West publicly slammed the adidas Adilette 22 Slide calling it "a fake Yeezy made by adidas themselves," so it's safe to assume that he won't be very happy about this announcement. Set to drop sometime this year, make sure you hit the "Notify me" button and we'll let you know as soon as more release info comes through. While you're here, you might as well check out the major restocks to expect from Yeezy Day 2022!
