The Air Jordan 1 Mid GS “Holiday” Gets Wrapped Up in a Festive Pattern

'Tis the season for Nike’s holiday drops, and nothing gets us in the festive mood more than seeing our fave styles get wrapped up in cozy, Christmassy patterns. Dropping in Grade School sizes later this month is the Air Jordan 1 Mid GS "Holiday," and it’ll be here just in time for the celebrations to begin.

Dressed up in a red, white, black, and green colour scheme (obviously) the "Holiday" Jordan 1 Mid sees the shoe take on Christmas sweater-like patterned panels, decorated with MJ’s signature "23" and basketball patterns across the side panels and collar. Elsewhere, black overlays sit atop a crisp white base, and a red collar, heel panel and Nike Swoosh make up the rest of the Christmassy colour palette.

As well as the decorated jersey panels, the Jordan 1 branding has also received the festive treatment. On the tongue, a red Jumpman sits atop a green background, whilst the colours are reversed for the Jordan Wings insignia on the collar. Underfoot, a white midsole is dipped into a festive red outsole for added holiday vibes.

Whilst the colours and themes of the "Holiday" AJ1 Mid are undeniably festive, these are still a versatile enough pair to wear year-round and fit right in with the logomania trend we’re seeing across the fashion landscape.
