Jordan Brand isn't holding back when it comes to retro revivals. With '90s classics such as the Air Jordan 6 "Carmine" set to return at the beginning of next year, it looks like the iconic Air Jordan 4 "Military Blue" is also making a comeback!
Info courtesy of sneaker insider @soledebrief, the "Military Blue", which made its on-court debut back in February 1989, was and still is one of the most legendary AJ4s ever made. Designed for Michael Jordan by Tinker Hatfield himself, it works on a clean white leather base with bold blue accents featuring throughout. Buttery smooth suede graces the mudguards while the model's signature mesh panels adorn the lateral and medial sides.
While the colourway was retroed in 2006 and then in 2012, both of these failed to bring back the world-renowned "Nike Air" heel tab. With that said, it looks like this upcoming restock will keep it true to the original, featuring the rubberised badge that we all know and love.
Set to return sometime in 2021, make sure you keep it locked at The Sole Supplier if you need the Nike Air Jordan 4 "Military Blue" in your life. Expected to be pretty limited, we'll let you know as soon as something official gets confirmed. In related news, the OG Air Jordan 4 "Fire Red" is re-releasing on Black Friday!
