First previewed lat last year as part of Jordan Brand’s Spring 2022 lineup, the Air Jordan 4 “Zen Master” is edging closer to a release date, and has now been earmarked for a March release. The sneakers pay homage to the Chicago Bulls coach Phil Jackson during their golden era, who was famed for integrating meditation, Buddhism and spiritual traditions into his practice regime.
The AJ4 is currently more popular than ever, with heaps of epic colourways set to release this year, so we have no doubts that this release will be popular amongst sneakerheads across the world. The colour scheme showcases a vibrant tie-dye graphic that uses hits of amethyst wave, bright crimson and cement grey to catch the eye.
Crafted from a durable canvas across the uppers, classic AJ4 panelling looks as good today as when Tinker Hatfield first unveiled the model back in 1989. Red Jumpman logos are present on the tongues while the heel tabs instead opt for blacked-out variants of the logo. This all sits on top of a white, black and grey midsole construction that houses a Nike Air cushioning unit under the heel for optimised comfort.
If you’re looking to get your hands on the Air Jordan 4 “Zen Master” then you’ll have to sit tight a little longer, as these are rumoured to release in March, although this has yet to be officially confirmed.
