Just in case you weren’t already aware, the BAPE STA is the signature sneaker of legendary Japanese streetwear label A Bathing Ape, which was founded in 1993 by Nigo. Since then the brand (often known as BAPE) has dropped countless collections and now holds a legendary status in the fashion world.
To celebrate the recent opening of the new A Bathing Ape London Store (the original store closed its doors back in 2014), the label is launching three new variations of the BAPE STA silhouette that showcase iconic ABC camo prints for a head-turning look.
All three pairs are crafted from premium white leather across the uppers, offering a familiar appearance, while the details are decked out in either green, blue or pink camouflage depending on the pair. Both the lateral and medial sides showcase star logos that are most definitely reminiscent of another famous brand, while other features include an ape-head logo at the lateral heel and silver-tone metal lace dubraes.
Plenty of padding around the ankles is present to ensure that these can comfortably act as daily steppers and the uppers are perched perfectly on top of a large white midsole unit for a classic appearance. If you’re looking for something out of the ordinary to spice up your ever-growing sneaker collection then could these be your next cop?
All three pairs of the ABC Camo BAPE STA’s are set to launch at the A Bathing Ape London store and all other BAPE locations worldwide on the 24th April. If you’re looking to cop make sure to keep it locked in right here at The Sole Supplier for everything you need when it comes to the latest sneaker releases. In the meantime, check out the freshly unveiled Yeezy Foam RNNR “Vermilion”!
