The COMME des GARÇONS x Nike Air Foamposite One Finally Gets a Release Date

Back in January, we got our first look at the COMME des GARÇONS x Nike Air Foamposite One during the CDG Homme Plus Autumn/Winter 2021 runway show. A silhouette that has definitely seen better days, Rei Kawakubo's take on the basketball shoe has already got some sneakerhead's hyped for its return. With all that said, it looks like we finally have a release date!

Images courtesy of Tyler Mansour, CDG's Foamposite One is available in two monochromatic colourways including "Black" and "White". The classic foam shells have been fully revamped with a water ripple-like design which may also have been inspired by topographic maps. Chunky pull tabs grace the tongue and heel, while the Air midsole underfoot offers an insane amount of comfort with every step.

A Nike Swoosh can be found on the lateral toebox, and to round it all off, co-branded detailing is embroidered around the back, finalising the latest CDG x Nike collaboration.

If you've been wanting to cop these since they were first unveiled back in January then you need to listen up. According to some reputable sources, the COMME des GARÇONS HOMME x Nike Air Foamposite One will finally release on November 26th in both colourways.
